HAPPY DIWALI EVERYONE !!
The purpose behind the celebration of “ DIWALI ” in Hindu’s is that the Ayodhaya’s King Rama’s defeated the Ravana, the demoniac king of Lanka in a epic war. Diwali is celebrated as King Rama’s victory over bad. Rama and his wife Sita returned of exile after 14 years of long time, ending the war in which the whole kingdom of Lanka was destroyed. On that dark night of Amavasya, Ayodhaya was lit up with rows of freedom lamps, overcoming the dark nights to welcome home the king Rama. This auspicious day of lighting of lamps signifies a huge happiness and the end of bad.
Diwali is the only festival full of lights & sparkles everywhere .This is North India’s famous festival which is celebrated by everyone with a huge heart. This is one of the most important festivals of the year and is celebrated in families with their friends and relatives by performing traditional activities together.
How could SIT Team forgets to participate in the celebration of the Diwali??
It was celebrated by the SIT team with the lots of enthusiasm. SIT place was beautifully decorated by its members with shining frills, balloons, lights, candle’s, lamp light’s & charts. SIT team members was gracefully well dressed up in new clothes. They again stands for the example of team work in a very blissful manner.
RANGOLI DECORATION & LIGHTENING – Very beautiful Peacock Rangoli was made by Miss. Salina & Miss. Kamini which was the center of attraction of the SIT place . It was created with the mixture of many colours. Choosing the colours will always be the best way to express your feelings of happiness in the art. All the simple rituals of Diwali have a significance. Diwali Party begins around 4:30 pm and goes long till evening as everyone was lost in the excitement of party chores, preparations & enjoyment.
PIZZA PARTY WITH THE SWEETNESS OF SWEETS – Party word is actually incomplete without food. So we ordered for the hot delicious pizza’s with the cool drinks. Food again plays a vital role in the form of interaction with employees as well. Sweets are presented during the festive seasons which signifies the good omen, happiness and prosperity of our Indian culture. So the richness of these sweets indulges with the joy of our Diwali celebration. Choco Pie packs was distributed to everyone by Heema .
GIFTS & FIREWORKS CEREMONY – The illumination of places with lights and the skies with firecrackers is an expression of obeisance to the heavens for the attainment of the blessings of health, wealth, knowledge, opportunities, good times to come, sunshine, peace, joy and prosperity. Moving on, Every SIT team member received a Diwali Gift from our respected Director of the company Mr. Hardeep Singh Sir. The sound of fire-crackers are also a big indication of the joy of the people living on earth so at the last but not the least SIT team burned the crackers as a fun & celebrations of happiness. All these golden moments were captured in the camera.
