Meditation is all about the pursuit of nothingness. It’s like the ultimate rest of you mind. It’s better than the best sleep you’ve ever had. It’s a quieting of the mind. It sharpens your body with calmness, especially your appreciation of your surroundings. It refreshes your mind as well as soul which surely helps to balance our life.
SIT – Good Health Through Meditation
SIT organized a Meditation seminar on 3rd May as a refreshment for all the scorpions.
Seminar was held by our meditation expert Captain Sarab Sandhu who is certified with a law of attraction coach. He shared his wellness & meditation experience of his life with our scorpions team. Key objective of this seminar was to highlight the advantages of regular meditation in present days life which already proves beneficial for the deep relaxation of mind and as well as body. Again a wonderful experience for us even we all came to know lots of concepts about meditation that how it can increases the individuals life span after adapting in his/her regular routine.
Mr. Sandhu also shows us some easy ideas of meditation postures & positions for the body so that it can help us embrace our worries, our fear, our anger; helps to reduce mind stress and that is very healing. We let our own natural capacity of do the work.
Seminar ends with the Ques / Ans session which was very interesting and knowledgeable. Mr.Sandhu gave homely suggestions like while doing meditation we can listen slow music, thinks about your dreams what you wants to achieve in your life, thanks to the nature’s creature like flowers, birds & many more so that we all can do meditation in a smooth and secure way.
