Celebration of Valentine’s Day at SIT- The day of ardor & attachment
While the concept of love varies from individual to individual it still cannot be overlooked. The special feeling counts even more on Valentine’s Day. Valentine’s Day is celebrated all across the world on 14th of February. It is also known as the day of love. On this soulful date hearts become fonder and even closer.
At Scorpio Information technologies we celebrated this day of love with loads of fun and enthusiasm. What we celebrated was the love of togetherness on which we always have an unbreakable faith. The best part of the occasion was the advent of rain which added some more spice.
We had planned the day in advance. The office at SIT was decorated exquisitely with the red and white color balloons. Also there were the cheerful faces all around waiting for the moment to arrive.
On the day we ordered a Red heart shaped cake along with Golden flowers. We did so as red is the color of passion, love and composition. The cake was cut by our loved HR Miss Salina Arora. The team gave respect and she obliged. Later the pieces were distributed among the team.
As we never leave Indian touch in our galas, we ordered loads of yummy dishes . Also we ordered the inescapable cold drinks which went perfectly along with the dishes.
As Fun quotient needs to be high on such day, we did not lower it either. We had fun discussions on employees and our motive was to tease them and to spread the jovial feeling all around. Since memories are what we can have, we stored them in form of clicked photos. Also we tapped on the music and sang along with it to make the day a perfect one.
